Cognyte Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: CGNT) has secured a new deal worth roughly $5 million with a Tier-1 military intelligence organization in the EMEA region, replacing the previous vendor after a competitive assessment. The decision hinged on Cognyte’s more advanced capabilities, adaptability in the field, and its established track record working with high-security clients.
The military organization will roll out Cognyte’s tactical SIGINT platform to enhance reconnaissance and situational awareness, enabling teams to rapidly identify and disrupt threats. With the system in place, field units are expected to gain faster, deeper operational insights that support real-time decision-making and accelerate intelligence workflows—a shift that reflects broader momentum across defense communities seeking scalable analytics-driven solutions.
“This win showcases the level of confidence leading intelligence entities have in our tactical SIGINT capabilities,” noted Efi Nuri, Chief Revenue Officer at Cognyte. He added that both the technical performance and the company’s operational partnership model helped secure the contract.
David Abadi, Cognyte’s Chief Financial Officer, said the agreement also opens the door to future growth, including additional deployments and AI-focused upgrades aligned with evolving defense requirements.
The announcement signals strengthening demand for sophisticated intelligence platforms purpose-built for high-stakes environments, and further solidifies Cognyte’s role as a strategic technology partner for national security and defense agencies worldwide.
