September 17, 2018 By admin Leave a Comment

Wiretap, a security intelligence platform known for helping enterprises safely accelerate the adoption of digital enterprise collaboration services, today announced it has been named a Gartner Cool Vendor based on the September 11, 2018 report titled, “Cool Vendors in Unified Communications and Collaboration Technologies.”

“New technologies such as chatbots, AI and conversational user interfaces are poised to disrupt the unified communications and collaboration market,” wrote Gartner analysts Christoper Trueman, Gyanee Dewnarain, and Adam Preset. “Application leaders should assess how these technologies, offered by vendors such as those profiled in this report, are likely to transform this market.”

“We believe that this recognition from Gartner validates our approach to providing visibility and governance that will help companies embrace social collaboration and messaging tools,” said Jeff Schumann, Co-Founder and CEO, Wiretap. “These platforms are emerging as powerful tools to speed innovation, increase employee engagement and improve efficiency, and Wiretap is taking a collaboration-first approach to help companies utilize them with confidence.”
